SPECIAL PRAYER FOR NIGERIA DURING THE HOLY GHOST SERVICE NIGHT OF THE RCCG 71ST ANNUAL CONVENTION 2023
I’m going to call on you to Pray in a moment on something I considered very serious.

PREAMBLES
Some of you will remembered that there was a time that you cannot go to Kaduna by road, rail or Air because you are likely to be attacked on the way.
And so I asked for Volunteers to join me to Fast and Pray – I asked for 1,000 Volunteers but got 27,000 Volunteers.
We Fasted and Prayed and God took Control.
Now, we are not out of the wood yet but things has Changed.
And we didn’t announced it because we are not Praying to be appreciated but because it our duty to Pray.
Now, I understand that some of us are becoming reluctant to Pray because Somebody made a comment that shows that they don’t recognise our Prayers.
But I just want to encourage you:
I. God is still answering Prayers.
II. Don’t be discouraged; tomorrow will still be alright.
III. Don’t be distracted – Nigeria still needs a lot of Prayers.
I’m still a small boy but I was at the battlefront during the Civil War in Nigeria – Not as a Soldier but I lived near the battlefront ( NOTES: The Nigeria Civil War; also known as Nigeria-Biafran War, took Place from 6th July 1967 to 15th January 1970 during the reign of General Yakubu Dan-Yumma “Jack” Gowon; (Born 19th October 1934) as the Head of State of Nigeria).
And what I saw, if anybody asked me to choose between War and Peace, I will choose Peace.
What about you!
And we are already fighting many Wars in Nigeria:
I. We are fighting Wars against Kidnappers, Terrorist.
II. There are still Places in Nigeria today that when they go to bed, they are not sure they will not be killed before tomorrow Morning.
III. We are still fighting Wars against some People who feel that you are a Farmer and Plant.
And what you have Planted is food for their cow.

And if their cow feed on what you Planted and you complained, they kill you.
IV. We are still fighting War against Hunger and so on and so forth.
V. We are still fighting some serious Wars and surely don’t want more Wars.
We want to win the ones we are fighting and not fight one – Whether within or without our Borders,
So, those of you who believed in Peace in every Section; I want you to Stand on your feet:
I want you to cry to God – If you are a Nigerian, Pray for Nigeria and if you are from another Country, Pray for your Country.
Lift your Voice to the Most High God and say: Father, have Mercy on Nigeria!
Open your mouth and cry to the Almighty God because of those of us who are Your Children.
Give us All-Round Peace – Within, without and all aspects of our lives.
In Jesus Mighty Name we have Prayed – Amen!
And so shall it be in Jesus Mighty Name – Amen!!!
