- FATHER, PLEASE GIVE ME EXCELLENT HEALTH.
- FATHER, PLEASE LET ME FLOURISH. I DON’T WANT TO BE JUST RICH/WEALTHY, I WANT TO FLOURISH.
- FATHER, GIVE ME COMPREHENSIVE FREEDOM IN MY BODY, SOUL, AND SPIRIT.
- FATHER, GIVE ME OVERFLOWING ANOINTING.

PART TWO: COMMENTARY ON THE PROPHECY
Introduction: The Prophetic Voice at 40 Years
Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, has been a prophetic voice to this generation for over four decades. At the 40th anniversary of the Holy Ghost Service, his words carry the weight of accumulated years of walking with God, countless miracles witnessed, and an unbroken track record of accuracy.
The prophecy released on Day 2 is not a lengthy discourse but a series of concise prophetic points—each one a prayer point, a declaration, and a promise wrapped into one. These are not mere suggestions but divine instructions that, when prayed, align the believer with God’s will.
The Nine Prophetic Points Explained
1. Gratitude for Divine Positioning
“Thank the Almighty God that you’re part of what He is doing today.”
This first point establishes the foundation of all prophetic engagement: gratitude. To be present at the 40th anniversary is not accidental; it is providential. God positioned every attendee and every online participant for such a time as this. Thanksgiving acknowledges that we are not here by chance but by divine design.
2. Divine Wisdom
“Father, give me divine wisdom.”
Wisdom is the principal thing. In a world of complexity, confusion, and competing voices, divine wisdom is essential. This prayer asks for wisdom that transcends human intelligence—wisdom to navigate relationships, make decisions, handle resources, and fulfill destiny.
3. Excellent Health
“Father, please give me excellent health.”
Health is wealth, but excellent health is supernatural. This is not merely the absence of sickness but vitality, strength, and wholeness. It is health that enables one to run and not grow weary, to walk and not faint.
4. Flourishing, Not Just Wealth
“Father, please let me flourish. I don’t want to be just rich/wealthy, I want to flourish.”
This distinction is profound. Wealth is about accumulation; flourishing is about influence. Wealth can be possessed in isolation; flourishing impacts others. Flourishing speaks of trees planted by rivers of water, bringing forth fruit in season, whose leaves do not wither. It is prosperity with purpose.
5. Comprehensive Freedom
“Father, give me comprehensive freedom in my body, soul, and spirit.”
Freedom is not complete if it is only physical. This prayer asks for deliverance in every dimension of human existence:
– Body – Freedom from sickness, pain, and physical limitations
– Soul – Freedom from mental bondage, emotional trauma, psychological oppression
– Spirit – Freedom from spiritual darkness, guilt, condemnation, and separation from God
6. Overflowing Anointing
“Father, give me overflowing anointing.”
Not just a touch of anointing, not just enough for personal use, but overflowing anointing that spills over to bless others. Anointing that breaks yokes, heals the sick, sets captives free, and flows like a river.
7. Deeper Hunger for God
“Father, give me a deeper hunger to seek and serve You persistently.”
Hunger is the secret to continual spiritual growth. Those who are satisfied stagnate; those who hunger press on. This prayer asks for a persistent, deepening hunger that never fades, never settles, never stops seeking more of God.
8. The Spirit of Excellence
“Father, please give me the spirit of excellence.”
In keeping with the anniversary theme, this prayer asks for the very spirit that animated Daniel, who distinguished himself above others because an excellent spirit was in him. Excellence is not perfectionism but a commitment to do all things as unto the Lord, with quality, integrity, and distinction.
9. Prayer for the General Overseer
“Pray for the General Overseer: Father, before this time next year, please give me at least 40 miracles.”
This final point turns the focus to Daddy G.O. himself. At 84 years old and 40 years of Holy Ghost Service, he asks for 40 miracles before this time next year. This is not selfish ambition but a request for continued relevance, power, and demonstration of God’s faithfulness. The number 40 is significant—matching the years of the ministry and symbolizing a season of completion and new beginning.

For Divine Wisdom
- Father, give me divine wisdom that surpasses human intelligence, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let Your wisdom guide every decision I make, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, give me wisdom to navigate complex relationships and situations, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let wisdom be evident in my words, my actions, and my choices, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, give me the wisdom of Daniel, Joseph, and Solomon—wisdom that distinguishes me, in Jesus’ name.
For Excellent Health
- Father, I receive excellent health into my body. Every organ, every cell, every system functions at optimal capacity, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let divine health flow through my veins like a river, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, protect me from every disease, every sickness, every infirmity, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let my strength be renewed daily like the eagle’s, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, grant me long life and good health to fulfill my destiny, in Jesus’ name.
For Flourishing
- Father, let me flourish like a palm tree planted in the courts of my God, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, I don’t want to be just rich; I want to flourish. Let my prosperity impact others, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let every area of my life—spiritual, physical, financial, relational—flourish abundantly, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let my roots go deep and my branches spread wide, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let my flourishing bring glory to Your name and blessing to Your people, in Jesus’ name.
For Comprehensive Freedom
- Father, give me comprehensive freedom in my body. Every chain of sickness is broken, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, set my soul free from every bondage of fear, anxiety, depression, and trauma, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, liberate my spirit from every form of spiritual oppression, guilt, and condemnation, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let freedom ring in every dimension of my existence, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let me walk in total and complete liberty, in Jesus’ name.
For Overflowing Anointing
- Father, pour out Your anointing upon me until it overflows, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let Your anointing break every yoke in my life and in the lives of those I touch, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, anoint me afresh for greater works and deeper impact, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let the anointing on my life not just fill me but flow through me to bless others, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let overflowing anointing be my portion in this season, in Jesus’ name.
For Deeper Hunger
- Father, give me a deeper hunger to seek You with all my heart, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let me never be satisfied with my current level of spiritual experience. Draw me deeper, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, create in me a persistent passion to serve You all the days of my life, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let hunger for You consume me and drive me closer to Your heart, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let my seeking be rewarded with fresh encounters and deeper revelations, in Jesus’ name.
For the Spirit of Excellence
- Father, give me the spirit of excellence. Let me stand out like Daniel among his peers, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let excellence mark my work, my worship, and my walk with You, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, help me to do all things as unto You—with quality, integrity, and distinction, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, let the spirit of excellence attract favor and promotion to my life, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let excellence be my lifestyle and my testimony, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer for the General Overseer
- Father, we pray for our father-in-the-Lord, Pastor E.A. Adeboye. Before this time next year, give him at least 40 miracles, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, renew his strength like the eagle’s. Let him run and not grow weary, in Jesus’ name.
- Father, let the anointing upon his life increase and never diminish, in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, grant him continued health, strength, and vitality to serve You, in Jesus’ name.

I DECLARE that I am part of what God is doing in this generation!
I DECLARE that divine wisdom is my portion!
I DECLARE that I walk in excellent health all the days of my life!
I DECLARE that I flourish like a tree planted by rivers of water!
I DECLARE that I have comprehensive freedom in my body, soul, and spirit!
I DECLARE that overflowing anointing rests upon me!
I DECLARE that I have a deeper hunger to seek and serve God persistently!
I DECLARE that the spirit of excellence distinguishes me!
I DECLARE that before this time next year, I shall have countless testimonies!
I DECLARE that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and He is working in my life!
I DECLARE that I am part of the 40 miracles generation!
I DECLARE that the God of the 40th anniversary is my God, and He will do wonders in my life!
I DECLARE that I receive every prophetic word spoken over my life!
I DECLARE that this prophecy shall not fall to the ground but shall accomplish what God pleases!
I DECLARE that I am stepping into my season of excellence, wisdom, health, flourishing, freedom, anointing, hunger, and miracles!
PART FIVE: PRAYER FOR THE PROPHECY
Father, I thank You for Your servant, Pastor E.A. Adeboye. I thank You for the prophetic words released on Day 2 of this 40th anniversary.
Lord, I receive every word spoken. I receive divine wisdom. I receive excellent health. I receive flourishing. I receive comprehensive freedom. I receive overflowing anointing. I receive deeper hunger. I receive the spirit of excellence.
I declare that before this time next year, I shall have testimonies that match the 40 years of this ministry. Let miracles mark my life.
