RCCG FAST DAY 9: PRAYER FOR THE FORTHCOMING ANNUAL CONVENTION

INTRODUCTION

Praise God! Today is Mummy GO’s birthday. We give God all the glory for a fruitful and exemplary life of support and service in God’s Kingdom. Let us uphold her, the General Overseer and their family as they provide leadership towards the forthcoming event, and may God renew their strength and grant the church a Convention marked by His presence, power, and transforming grace.

PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, thank You for this special day, celebrating the gift of Pastor Mrs Folu Adeboye to the body of Christ and RCCG in Jesus’ name.

2. Father, thank You for diverse ways You have helped Daddy and Mummy GO with sufficient grace in past conventions, in Jesus’ name. (Ephesians 2:8)

3. Father, thank You for the revelation of their calling into ministry and the grace to receive in Jesus’ name. (Galatians 1:11)

4. We thank You for making them a faithful Priest to his generation, in Jesus’ name. (1 Samuel 2:35)

5. Father, we thank You for the protection and provision for them and their family in Jesus’ name. (Psalm 35:2)

6. Father, strengthen the General Overseer with fresh grace, wisdom, and spiritual vigour as he prepares for this year’s convention in Jesus’ name. (2 Corinthians 12:9)

7. Father, let him be renewed daily by Your Spirit; he will not grow weary in Jesus’ name. (Isaiah 40:31)

8. Father, grant Daddy and Mummy GO heavenly wisdom in every plan and decision concerning this year’s convention for the glory of Your name in Jesus’ name. (James 1:5; Proverbs 2:6)

9. Father, pour out a fresh anointing and power upon Your son as he ministers to Your people in Jesus’ name. (Acts 1:8)

10. Father, surround Daddy GO, his wife, and every member of their family with Your divine protection in Jesus’ name. (Psalm 91:1-11)

11. Father, keep them safe from every evil and scheme of the enemy in Jesus’ name. (2 Thessalonians 3:3)

12. Father, grant Daddy GO and his family divine health and physical strength throughout the preparation and duration of the convention in Jesus’ name. (3 John 1:2; Jeremiah 30:17)

13. Father, on this her birthday, bless Mummy GO with more grace, peace, wisdom, and health in Jesus’ name. (Proverbs 31:25-31; Psalm 46:5)

14. Father, grant Daddy GO spiritual discernment to hear Your voice clearly in Jesus’ name. (John 10:27)

15. Father, grant Daddy GO grace to minister according to Your perfect will during Convention in Jesus’ name. (Philippians 1:9-10)

CLOSING DECLARATION

We declare that the Pre-Convention Ministers’ Conference will be marked by a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. May every minister be equipped, empowered, and set ablaze for greater works. We speak grace, wisdom, and divine covering over Daddy GO, Mummy GO, and their family. The Lord will uphold them with His righteous right hand, and the Convention will be a historic moment of God’s glory revealed.

In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

CLOSING PRAYER

Heavenly Father, I thank You for the Pre-Convention Ministers’ Conference. I thank You for gathering Your servants together to seek Your face and receive direction.

I lift up Daddy G.O. and Nummy G.O. before You. Bless them, strengthen them, protect them, and use them mightily. On this special birthday of Nummy G.O., I pray that Your blessings overflow in her life. Let her days be long, her joy be full, and her service to Your kingdom be fruitful.

I pray for every minister attending this conference. Let their hearts burn with fresh fire. Let their spirits be renewed. Let their ministries be transformed.

As we approach the 74th Annual Convention, I pray that every plan, every decision, and every detail will be divinely guided. Let this Convention be the greatest yet—marked by Your presence, Your power, and Your transforming grace.
