PART ONE: OFFICIAL RCCG PRAYER POINTS – DAY 30
Prayer Focus – Daddy G.O and Family
1 Timothy 2:1-2
First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity.
Acts 4:29-31
And now, Lord, take note of their threats, and grant that Your bond-servants may speak Your word with all confidence, while You extend Your hand to heal, and signs and wonders take place through the name of Your holy servant Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place where they had gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness.
Acts 10:38
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with Him.

PART TWO: COMMENTARY ON DAY 30 – DADDY G.O. AND FAMILY
Introduction: A Day Set Apart
Day 30 of the RCCG fasting and prayers falls on Monday, 2nd March 2026. This is not just another day in the fasting calendar. It is a day specifically set aside to pray for our Father-in-the-Lord, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, and his family.
The timing is significant. We are in the month of March, which is Daddy G.O.’s birth month. As we prayed earlier in the month, the grace of strength, longevity, impact, and finishing well that has marked his life is released upon us. Today, we return that blessing through prayer—covering him, his family, and his ministry with our intercession.
The Scriptural Foundation
Three scriptures anchor this prayer focus:
1 Timothy 2:1-2 calls us to make prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings for all men, especially for those in authority. Daddy G.O. is not just a spiritual authority; he is a father to millions. Praying for him is not optional; it is scriptural.
Acts 4:29-31 is the prayer of the early church for boldness in the face of opposition. They prayed, the place shook, and they were filled with the Holy Spirit. We pray the same for Daddy G.O.—boldness to speak God’s word, and signs and wonders to confirm it.
Acts 10:38 describes the ministry of Jesus—anointed with the Holy Spirit and power, doing good, healing all oppressed by the devil. We pray that this same anointing rests upon Daddy G.O. and flows through him.
The Prayer Points Explained
Points 1-5: Thanksgiving
The first five prayer points are thanksgiving. Before we ask, we give thanks. We thank God for:
- The special day (his birthday and this day of prayer)
- Calling him into ministry
- Choosing, anointing, and making him a blessing
- Using him for global expansion (over 180 countries)
- His wife, Pastor Mrs Folu Adeboye, and her support
Thanksgiving is the foundation of effective prayer. It acknowledges God’s faithfulness and positions us to receive more.
Points 6-7: Thanksgiving for Protection and Provision
We thank God for divine protection and provision. Psalm 35:2 speaks of God as shield and buckler. Psalm 91:6 promises that no plague shall come near their dwelling. Long life, peace, and prosperity are their portion.
Points 8-10: Prayer for Fulfillment and Finishing Well
We pray that Daddy G.O. fulfills all his assignments in his lifetime. 2 Timothy 4:7 is Paul’s declaration: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” We pray this for our father.
We also pray that he and Mummy G.O. finish well and strong. Psalm 1:3 describes the righteous as a tree planted by rivers of water, bringing forth fruit in season, whose leaf does not wither. That is our prayer for them.
Points 11-13: Prayer Against Enemy Plans
We pray against every plan of the devil:
- That the anointing does not run dry
- That no plan to derail him succeeds (Isaiah 54:17)
- That they never bury any of their children (biological or spiritual)
- That none of their words fall to the ground (1 Samuel 3:19)
These are specific, targeted prayers against the enemy’s strategies.
Point 14: Prayer for Greater Glory
We pray that Daddy G.O. moves from one level of glory to another. 2 Corinthians 3:18 speaks of being transformed into the same image from glory to glory. We declare that his best days are not behind him but ahead of him.
Point 15: Prayer for the Next Generation
This is a powerful and selfless prayer: “Father, as Pastor Adeboye has prayed, let me be greater than him in anointing, power and good works in Jesus name.” John 14:12 promises that those who believe in Jesus will do the works He did, and even greater works.
Daddy G.O. himself has prayed that those coming after him would be greater. Today, we agree with that prayer and receive it over our lives.
PART THREE: DECLARATIONS FOR DADDY G.O. AND FAMILY

PART FOUR: PRAYER FOR DADDY G.O. AND FAMILY
Father, we come before You on this Day 30 of our fasting to pray for our father-in-the-Lord, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, and his family.
We thank You for his life. We thank You for calling him, choosing him, anointing him, and making him a blessing to this generation. We thank You for using him to spread the gospel to over 180 countries. We thank You for his wife, Pastor Mrs Folu Adeboye, and her unwavering support.
Lord, we pray for divine protection over them. Shield them from every attack of the enemy. Let no weapon formed against them prosper. Grant them long life, peace, and prosperity.
We pray that Daddy G.O. fulfills every assignment You have given him. Let him finish well and strong, like a tree planted by rivers of water, bringing forth fruit in its season.
We pray against every plan of the devil. Let the anointing upon him never run dry. Frustrate every scheme to derail him. Let them never bury any of their children. Let none of his words fall to the ground—let every prophecy be fulfilled.
We pray that he moves from glory to greater glory. Let his best days be ahead of him.
And Father, we receive the prayer he has prayed over us: let us be greater than him in anointing, power, and good works. Raise up a generation that will do even greater exploits for Your kingdom.
In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
PART FIVE: THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS DAY
Day 30 is a milestone. We are approaching the end of this fasting season, and today we focus on the man God has used to lead this Commission. Pastor E.A. Adeboye is not just a leader; he is a father. His prayers have covered us. His teachings have shaped us. His example has inspired us.
Today, we return the blessing. We cover him with prayer. We declare God’s protection over him. We speak finishing well over his life. We agree with his prayer that the next generation would be greater.
As we pray for Daddy G.O., we also position ourselves to receive from the grace upon his life. The same God who has kept him for decades will keep us. The same anointing that flows through him can flow through us.
Happy Birthday, Daddy G.O.! We love you and honour you!
