We give You all the glory

Text: Luke 24:13-31
- Pastor Adeboye
In the scriptures, you discover cases where eyes were opened:
• Adam and Eve had been living in joy, covered by God’s glory, until they ate the forbidden fruit and they discovered that they were naked.
In the Bible text, the two disciples were walking with Jesus. When He gave them the bread, their eyes became open and they saw that it was the Lord who was with them.

Tonight, as you fellowship with the Lord and eat at His table, your eyes will be opened.
+ John 9:1-7
One day, the man who had been born blind, had direct contact with the Light of the world.
Suddenly, what had made him the talk of the town, made him the testimony of the town.

John 9:24-25
Some people keep asking you where your God is.
Tonight, unexpectedly, Jesus will draw near and show up for you.
Your testimony will be, before I was blind, now I see.
I believe God is about to do something this month that will dramatically change your life.
When a king sent an army to capture Elisha and his servant was filled with fear, Elisha prayed that his eyes be open. When the servant’s eyes were open, he saw the host of heaven in their multitude protecting them.
Your eyes will be open tonight.
The holy communion is not an ordinary meal.
It is a meal that can open your eyes for you to see God’s glory and greatness.
You shouldn’t eat the holy communion if you’re not born again.
If you haven’t given your life to Jesus or would like to rededicate your life, ask the Lord to have mercy on you, forgive your sins, wash you clean with His blood, and save your soul.
As you eat the bread,
Begin to thank the Almighty God for something mighty He will do in your life tonight.
As you drink the wine, pray:
▪︎ Father, please open my eyes.
Let me see You.
Let me see Your glory and beauty.
Let me see the mighty blessings You have in store for me.
