2 Chronicles 29:11 – “My sons, do not be negligent now, for the LORD has chosen you to stand before Him, to serve Him, and that you should minister to Him and burn incense.”
Psalm 104:4 – “Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire.”
Isaiah 61:6 – “But you shall be named the priests of the LORD, they shall call you the servants of our God.”
INTRODUCTION
Today, we lift up in prayer all ministers, pastors, elders, deacons, ushers, choir members, technical crew, protocol, security, hospitality, counseling, prayer warriors, and every worker serving in every department of the church. These are the chosen ones who stand before God to serve Him and minister to His people. They are God’s flame of fire in this generation!

PRAYER POINT 1
Father, we thank You for the lives of Your true ministers and church workers serving in every department. (2 Timothy 2:2)
Personalized Commentary:
Father, I thank You for every minister and church worker—from the pulpit to the parking lot, from the choir stand to the counseling room, from the technical booth to the ushering line. Thank You for their dedication, sacrifice, and love for Your house. They are the faithful ones You have entrusted with the gospel. Bless them abundantly!
PRAYER POINT 2
Father, make Your ministers sufficient to be ministers of a new covenant—not of the law but of the Spirit, in Jesus’ name. (2 Corinthians 3:6)

Lord, I pray that every minister will be sufficient—not in their own strength or ability, but through the Spirit. Remove any reliance on flesh, tradition, or the letter of the law. Let them minister in the power and freshness of the Spirit. Let their words bring life, their prayers bring breakthrough, and their presence bring transformation!
PRAYER POINT 3
Father, please keep Your promise to make Your ministers a flame of fire to come to pass in our time, in Jesus’ name. (Hebrews 1:7)

Lord, You promised that You would make Your ministers a flame of fire. I pray that this promise manifests in our time! Let every minister burn with holy passion, zeal, and intensity for Your kingdom. Let them be unstoppable, unquenchable, and untiring. Let the fire of the Holy Ghost consume every form of coldness, compromise, and complacency!
PRAYER POINT 4
Father, give all Your ministers the Spirit of the fear of the Lord, in Jesus’ name. (Isaiah 11:2)

Lord, let the fear of the Lord rest upon every minister. Not a spirit of fear that brings torment, but the holy reverence that brings wisdom, purity, and power. Let them walk in awe of Your presence, tremble at Your Word, and hate what You hate. Let this fear keep them humble, holy, and faithful!
PRAYER POINT 5
Lord, let Your ministers be possessed with the threefold Spirit of Power, Love, and of a sound mind in serving, in Jesus’ name. (2 Timothy 1:7)

Father, I pray for the full manifestation of this threefold gift in every minister!
Power – to preach boldly, to heal the sick, to cast out demons, and to move mountains!
Love – to serve with compassion, to forgive freely, to endure patiently, and to love unconditionally!
Sound Mind – to make wise decisions, to lead with discernment, to teach with clarity, and to be stable in every season!
Let not the spirit of fear have any hold on them!
PRAYER POINT 6
Father, let Your church continue to march on and never let the gates of hell overcome Your church, in Jesus’ name. (Matthew 16:18)
Personalized Commentary:
Lord, I thank You that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your church. Every attack, every conspiracy, every opposition launched against RCCG and Your ministers shall fail. Let the church march forward—from glory to glory, from strength to strength, from victory to victory. No weapon formed against Your ministers shall prosper!
PRAYER POINT 7
Father, let Your ministers seek to depend on You alone, God the Father, and not on Godfathers, in Jesus’ name. (Psalm 18:2)
Personalized Commentary:
Lord, let every minister’s dependence be solely on You—You are their Rock, Fortress, and Deliverer. Protect them from the trap of relying on men, political connections, or worldly systems for their ministry advancement. Let them look to You alone for provision, protection, and promotion. You are their Godfather!

Father, let every satanic altar erected against Your ministers and church be demolished by the fire of the Holy Ghost, in Jesus’ name. (Numbers 23:1)

Lord, by the fire of the Holy Ghost, I demolish every satanic altar erected against Your ministers and the church. Every altar of witchcraft, idolatry, occultism, and divination that has been set up to oppose the work of God—let it be consumed by heavenly fire! Let every curse, spell, and incantation spoken against Your servants be nullified!

Father, let every altar erected against Your ministers and the church be disgraced, in Jesus’ name.

Father, just as the altar of Dagon fell before the ark of Your presence, let every altar of the enemy fall and be disgraced! Let those who have set themselves against Your ministers be put to shame. Let the works of darkness be exposed and destroyed. Let the victory of Your church be so complete that the enemy’s altars become a testimony of Your power!
PRAYER POINT 10
Father, let Your hammer smash every evil altar erected against Your ministers and church workers, in Jesus’ name. (1 Samuel 5:4)
Personalized Commentary:
Lord, I pray Your hammer—the Word of God and the power of the Holy Ghost—will smash every evil altar into pieces. Let every stronghold, every demonic structure, and every foundation of the enemy be broken. No evil altar will stand against Your ministers. As Dagon fell and was broken, so shall every altar of the enemy fall!

Father, send help and opportunities into Your ministers’ lives that they may build meaningful relationships and serve You more effectively.

Father, send help to Your ministers—financial help, divine connections, supportive partnerships, and people who will stand with them. Let opportunities open before them that they cannot miss. Give them relationships that will encourage their hearts, sharpen their gifts, and accelerate their vision. Let them not labor alone—send them helpers!

Father, we pray for the physical and emotional well-being of all Your ministers, that they may serve You with strength and vitality.

Lord, I lift up the physical and emotional health of every minister and church worker. Heal every ailment, strengthen every weary body, and restore every drained soul. Father, give Your ministers perseverance and endurance, that they may continue to serve You faithfully.

Lord, give Your ministers the grace to keep going. When the work is hard and the harvest seems far, give them perseverance. When opposition arises and discouragement comes, give them endurance. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they shall reap if they do not faint. Help them to finish strong and stay faithful until the end!

Father, raise more faithful workers in every department, that the harvest may be plentiful, in Jesus’ name. (Matthew 9:37-38)

Lord, the harvest is great, but the workers are few. I pray that You raise more faithful ministers and church workers for every department. Touch young people, old people, men, women—all who have a heart to serve. Let them answer the call. Prepare them, equip them, and send them into the harvest field. Let no department be understaffed and no assignment be abandoned. Raise workers who will be MOUNTAIN MOVERS!

Lord, anoint Pastor E.A. Adeboye and all ministers who will speak at the 74th Annual Convention. Fill their mouths with fire, their hearts with compassion, and their words with authority. Let the Word they speak create realities, break chains, and transform destinies!
PRAYER FOR THE TECHNICAL TEAM
Lord, bless the sound engineers, media team, and every technical worker. Let every instrument work perfectly, every sound be clear, and every broadcast reach the nations. Use technology to advance Your kingdom!
PRAYER FOR THE USHERS AND HOSPITALITY TEAM
Lord, give the ushers and hospitality workers grace, patience, and the spirit of service. Let every attendee feel welcomed, loved, and cared for. May their service draw people closer to You!
PRAYER FOR THE PRAYER WARRIORS AND COUNSELORS
Lord, anoint the intercessors and counselors. Give them discernment, wisdom, and the right words. Let every prayer prayed and every counsel given be divinely inspired and life-changing!

I declare that every minister and church worker is a FLAME OF FIRE in this generation!
I declare that the gates of hell shall NOT prevail against the church and its ministers!

CLOSING PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your ministers and church workers. They are the ones You have chosen to stand before You and serve You. Bless them, protect them, anoint them, and use them mightily.
As they prepare for the 74th Annual Convention, renew their strength, sharpen their gifts, and fill them with fresh fire. Let every department operate in unity, excellence, and supernatural power.
I speak over every minister: You are a FLAME OF FIRE! You are a PRIEST OF THE LORD! You are a MOUNTAIN MOVER!
Let the church of Jesus Christ arise and shine. Let the gates of hell fall before us. Let the harvest come in!
