LESSON AIM: TO let the children know the rewards of being faithful
CENTRAL TRUTH: God is committed to the faithful
INTRODUCTION: Faithfulness is required by every child of God. You cannot walk with God Or even go far with God if you are not ready to live a faithful life. God and even man can only entrust things of value to a faithful child. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” 2Timothy 2:2

TOPIC: ATTRACTING GOD’S BLESSINGS (THE DILIGENT)
BIBLE TEXT: Genesis 26:1-17
MEMORY VERSE: Prov. 22:29 “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before king’s; he shall not stand before mean men”.
LESSON AIM: To let the children know it pays to be diligent in the things of God.
CENTRAL TRUTH: Diligence brings profit
INTRODUCTION: Isaac dwelt in Gerar as instructed by God. He planted seeds in the land at the time of famine and the same year reaped a hundred fold, because the Lord blessed him When the people of the land(Abimelek king of Philistines and his people) envied him by quarreling with him over the well of water he never give up. But moved to other places and keep digging for wells until he and his servants eventually dug a well and found water and with that they never strove with him. Isaac’s diligence took him to his Rehoboth (Gen 26:22)

2. Diligence is the quality of working carefully with a lot of effort. An example of diligence is a person who does a job efficiently and takes care of little details – Pro 10:4

TOPIC: ATTRACTING GOD’S BLESSINGS (THE GIVER)
BIBLE TEXT: 1 Kings 17:8-16
MEMORY VERSE: Luke 6:38 “Give, and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running Over, shall men give into your bosom”
LESSON AIM: Telling the children, its more blessed to give than to receive.
CENTRAL TRUTH: God loves a cheerful giver
INTRODUCTION: God Himself is the perfect giver. This, He showed when He gave Jesus Christ to die for our sins John 3:16. Martin Luther the church reformer believed every Christian needs two conversion, the first conversion is the soul and the other is “the pocket” of man.

A. WHAT IS GIVING? Giving is to present a gift voluntarily and without expecting compensation.

INVITATION: Your giving cannot be acceptable to God unless you give your ife to Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 1:19
LIFE APPLICATION: Giving is living. You give joy and happiness to people when you give. Give to God and fellow human being.

TOPIC: ATTRACTING GOD’S BLESSINGS (THROUGH DIVINE FAVOUR)
BIBLE TEXT: Esther 2:1-17
MEMORY VERSE: Psalm 5:12 “For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.”
LESSON AIM: To make them understand the importance of favor in a man’s life
CENTRAL TRUTH: Favour sets you on high in your discipline.
INTRODUCTION: Favor is what set you apart in life. Divine favour definitely comes from God. Many people in the bible received favor from God. Examples are Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Joseph all did.
(A) WHAT IS DIVINE FAVOUR – Proverb 3:1-4
1. Act of kindness out of goodwill.
2. Preferential treatment shown to somebody.
3. Seizure to struggle for anything one desires Ephesians 3:20.
4. God giving ability to get something done.
5. To get something you don’t actually quality for.
(B) ACTIVATING DIVINE FAVOUR
1. Life of obedience: God favors the request of the obedient. Deuteronomy 28:1 -2
2. Walk righteously Psalm 5:12, Genesis 6:8.
3. Sow into the life of a favored person. Hebrews 7:6

CONCLUSION: Favor is getting things despite not deserve it
INVITATION: An encounter with (God is the first step to connecting with divine favour)
ACTIVITY: When a man is favoured, share three (3) things that happens to him
LIFE APPLICATION: Favor changes your life, we already have His favor, no wonder we are saved. To be saved means delivered, protected, preserved, healed and made whole.

TOPIC: SEEK GOD’S BLESSINGS
BIBLE TEXT: Numbers 6:24-26
MEMORY VERSE: Mathew 7:7 “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
LESSON AIM: To let the children know the importance of seeking God
CENTRAL TRUTH: When you seek God, you will find His blessings.
INTRODUCTION: Mathew 6.33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”*. Children note that you will only find what you seek. You cannot find what you don’t seek
For you to experience and enjoy the blessings of God you will need to seek after His blessings with the whole of your heart. This lesson will review to you how to seek God’s blessings for your life.

(A) WHY SEEK GOD’S BLESSINGS
1. Because He is the source of all good blessings. James 1:17a
2. We find joy in God’s blessings. Jeremiah 10:22
3. We find life when we seek God. John 10:10
4. Its His desires for us as His children to be blessed, prosper in our soul and enjoy good health 3 John 1:2.
5. God doesn’t forsake those who ask or seek

(B) STEPS TO SEEK GOD’S BLESSINGS
1. Repent and be sorry for your bad deeds. Matthew 5:4
2. Align yourself to His purpose for your life. Zephaniah 2:3
3. Call upon God and pray to him. Jeremiah 29:12-14
4. Serve God wholeheartedly. 1 Chronicles 28:9
5. Cast your cares upon the Lord. Psalm 55:22
6. Turn away from evil. Isaiah 55:6-7
7. Have a clean hands and a pure heart. Psalm 24:4-6
8. Keep His commandments.Exodus 20:6
9. Preach to the sinners – Mathew 4:1 7
10. Obey your parents – Exodus 20:12

3. Indwelling of the Holy Spirit which gives Us insight and power to do God’s will. Acts 1:8

CONCLUSION: God’s blessings are without repentance Romans 11:29
