It is very important to know that prayer is a platform for accessing our inheritance in God.
Matthew 6:11 says,
“…give this day our daily bread…”
Now, when we say that at the place of prayer, our inheritance in God is accessed, what do we mean?
Let me give you few key thoughts on this:
1. Prayer is the platform for accessing Divine promises
All the promises God made to us in His word are accessible at the place of prayer.
2. Prayer is the platform for the delivery of Divine packages.
What God has packaged for a person is delivered to him at the place of prayer. We take delivery of all our possessions in God at the place of prayer.
3. Prayer is the platform for accessing supernatural supplies.
It is at the place of prayer that we make demands on God for supernatural supplies.
4. Prayer is the platform for placing demands on our God-ordained divine benefits.
All the benefits which we are entitled to at Redemption are accessed and realised at the place of prayer.
5. Prayer is the platform for attacking the needs and wants in our lives.
Prayer is an altar for attacking the needs and wants in our lives. And this is not just limited to money.
Beloved, be determined to make prayer a priority of your life. Make demands on God at the place of prayer for the release of His promises for your life.
